Port of Lisbon Meeting the Future

The Port of Lisbon Administration invites the educational community, and beyond, to a visit that will showcase the historical and cultural heritage of the Port of Lisbon and the importance of its activities for the socio-economic development of the region and the country.

Types of visits 

  • Guided tours of the panels by the painter Almada Negreiros - Maritime Stations of Rocha do Conde D’Óbidos and Alcântara
    Port of Lisbon open to schools - Presentations aimed at Elementary and Secondary Education with programmatic content from the disciplines of Geography, History, and Portuguese, when they include the panels by Almada Negreiros.
    These visits are free and take place from Monday to Friday (except holidays), starting at 10:30 am or 2:30 pm, requiring prior booking, at least 2 business days in advance, preferably for groups (min 10), with individual requests possibly combined with already scheduled groups.

Note: Visits to the Almada Negreiros panels at the Maritime Station of Rocha do Conde D’Óbidos are currently unavailable due to restoration works.
