The Port of Lisbon offers excellent conditions for the handling of all types of solid bulks, with a special emphasis on the agri-foodstuffs segment, given the competitive conditions of its Terminals, with a storage capacity of more than 420,000 tonnes, some of which include industrial units of international importance in the oilseeds, edible oils and biodiesel markets.

In the solid bulk segment it also has excellent logistical conditions for handling clinker and cement through a dedicated terminal with good river, road and rail access. It also has a terminal dedicated to the handling of goods serving the steelmaking industry. The handling capacity for this segment is over 7 million tonnes/year, in the 6 specialised infrastructures available.
