Due to the imperatives of good management, transparency, and pursuit of the public interest, as well as equal treatment among all users and risk prevention, the list of boats in the recreational docks whose owners are in default of payment of the parking fees to which they are obliged, under the terms of the Rules, is being published as follows:

a) The lists will only include the identification of the vessels;

b) Boats belonging to owners with 3 (three) overdue and unpaid invoices will be included in the lists;

c) The lists will be published on the APL, S.A. website and posted in all dock offices;

d) Boats will be removed from the list after the debt is settled, including the payment of the corresponding late payment interest, or the formalization of a valid and compliant Debt Regularization Agreement;

(e) Boats whose owners have previously formalized and signed a Debt Regularization Agreement, provided that the agreed payments are fully paid and up to date.
