The program aims to foster a culture of open innovation within the Port of Lisbon, promoted by APL in partnership with Forum Oceano. Its objective is to launch an open innovation competition, seeking to explore and leverage a living laboratory for the experimentation and scaling of new technologies, products, and services. These innovations will help the Port of Lisbon quickly assume its natural role as an integrator and accelerator of a decarbonized, digital, and circular economy, positioning the Port of Lisbon as a pioneer in energy and digital transition on an international scale.
