With the participation of seven clubs from all over the country and involving 250 athletes, the 2020 edition of the National Yole Championship took place last weekend in the Tagus estuary, between MAAT and the 25 de Abril Bridge, in a total extension of thousand meters and with difficult conditions due to strong wind and swell.

This event resulted from a collaboration between Federação Portuguesa de Remo and Associação Naval de Lisboa and contributed to the continuity of a tradition with almost 200 years, using these historic Yole class rowing boats.
