Minister Delegate for Transport of France visited the Port of Lisbon
Jean-Baptiste Djebbari, Minister Delegate for Transport of France, visited [12 November] the Centre for Coordination and Control of Maritime Traffic and Safety, installed in the VTS Tower, in Algés.
The French delegation included Charlotte Bulliard, diplomatic advisor, Florence Mangin, French Ambassador to Portugal. The Portuguese delegation was headed by the Deputy Secretary of State for Communications, Hugo Santos Mendes, and also composed by the Board of Directors of the Port of Lisbon, its President Lídia Sequeira and Board Member José Castel-Branco.
This visit was part of the official programme of the Minister Delegate for Transport to Portugal, who got to know the strategy for the promotion and development of the Port of Lisbon, and it’s values of coordination and control of traffic and safety in the port environment, integrated in the VTS Tower.
