From 6th to 12th May the Port of Lisbon welcomes 17 cruise ships - Seadream II, Star Breeze, Norwegian Jade, AIDAstella, AIDAprima, Marella Discovery 2, Oriana, MSC Orchestra, Mein Schiff 4, Celebrity Edge, Artania, Costa Magica, Corinthian, Aurora, Costa Favolosa and Silver Whisper.
On the 6th May are in port 5 ships, Seadream II, Star Breeze, Le Boreal, Norwegian Jade and AIDAstella.
Seadream II starts in Lisbon a 17-night cruise to Villefranche and calls in Cadiz, Puerto Banus, Malaga, Motril, Cartagena, Ibiza, Palma de Mallorca, Port Mahon, Tarragona, Barcelona, Palamos, Port Vendres, Cassis and St Tropez.
Star Breeze finishes a cruise that started in Lisbon last April 26 with calls in Funchal, La Gomera, Tenerife, Arrecife, Agadir and Portimao, and starts a new 8-night cruise to Amsterdam and calls in Porto, Ferrol, St Malo, Cherbourg, Jersey and Zeebrugge.
Lisbon will also be homeport to Le Boreal, where she ends a 14-day transatlantic cruise starting in Miami and calls in Nassau, St George, Horta and Ponta Delgada, and begins a new cruise to London.
The Norwegian Jade Lisbon call is part of a 14-night transatlantic cruise starting in New York, with calls in Ponta Delgada, Lisbon, Cadiz, Barcelona, Cannes and Livorno, and ending in Civitavecchia.
The AIDAstella, also with a call in Lisbon on the 6th, with overnight, is taking a 10-night cruise that has Palma de Mallorca as homeport and Malaga, Cadiz, Lisbon, Cartagena, Valencia and Barcelona as ports of call.
The AIDAprima call on 7th is part of a 14-night cruise that has Palma de Mallorca as the port of embarkation, Malaga, Cadiz, Lisbon, La Coruna, Southampton, Zeebrugge, Rotterdam and Oslo as ports of call, and Kiel as homeport.
The Marella Discovery 2 Lisbon call, also on the 7th, is part of an 18-night transatlantic cruise starting in Montego Bay, Grand Turk, Kings Wharf, Horta, Ponta Delgada, Leixões, Lisbon, Gibraltar, Cadiz and Cartagena, and end in Palma de Maiorca.
On the 8th there are in port 4 ships: Oriana, MSC Orchestra, Mein Schiff 4 and the Celebrity Edge.
The Oriana is taking a 16-night cruise which has Southampton as homeport and Ponta Delgada, Praia da Vitoria, Funchal, St Cruz de la Palma, Gran Canaria, Puerto del Rosario and Lisbon as ports of call.
The MSC Orchestra call is part of an 11-night cruise starting in Genoa, with calls in Marseille, Barcelona, Cadiz, Lisbon, Vigo, Le Havre, Southampton and Hamburg.
The Mein Schiff 4 starts in Palma de Mallorca an 11-night cruise with calls in Cádiz, Lisbon, Leixões, La Coruna, Le Havre, Zeebrugge and Amsterdam, and ends in Hamburg.
Also, on the 8th may, the cruise ship celebrity Edge visits Lisbon for the first time, one of the destinations of a 15-night transatlantic cruise starting in Fort Lauderdale, ending in Southampton and calls in Ponta Delgada, Lisbon, Bilbao and Le Havre.
The Artania call on the 9th is part of an 18-night cruise that starts in Trieste, calls in Venice, Korcula, Dubrovnik, Bar, Kotor, Gallipoli, La Valletta, Mgarr, Ibiza, Cartagena, Lisbon, Leixões, Falmouth, Le Havre, Zeebrugge and Amsterdam, and end in Bremerhaven.
Lisbon will also be, on the 9th, one of the destinations for a 14-night Costa Magica cruise with embarkation in Marseille, calls in Genoa, Tarragona, Cadiz, Lisbon, Vigo, Cherbourg, Harwich and Amsterdam, and landing in Stockholm.
On the 10th, the Aurora is taking a 19-night cruise that has Southampton as homeport and La Coruna, Leixões, Ceuta, La Valletta, Messina, Sorrento, Civitavecchia, Propriano, Alicante and Lisbon as ports of call.
The Costa Favolosa scheduled to call in Lisbon on the 10th, with overnight, is taking a 10-night cruise that has Savona with homeport and Marseilles, Malaga, Lisbon, Cadiz and Barcelona as ports of call.
The Silver Whisper finishes in Lisbon on a 24-days cruise starting in Cape Town and calls in Walvis Bay, Principe, Takoradi, Tema, Banjul, Dakar, Casablanca and Seville. In Lisbon the ship begins a new 8-night cruise with destination to London and calls in Bilbao, Le Verdon, Bordeaux and St Malo.
